A FEW UPDATES
I’m Pregnant

I'm actually not nor am I capable of getting pregnant. I've also not impregnated anyone.
BUT
I'm pregnant with thoughts and am soon ready to deliver. Still not making sense? Well, I'm back in my writing mode with a few books coming down the pipeline. I mentioned one in the last newsletter titled The Relationship Manifesto. It's coming along, it's coming along. I decided to write another book because a voice told me to while I was driving (no kidding). I was going to share the title but I'll wait until it's done. It'll be done before your January newsletter.
What that means to my clients is that notes are going to be put on hold for a few months. I'm shooting for February to start writing them again after our sessions. To compensate, bring a notepad and something to write with during our sessions. I'll give cues on what's important to write down.
I’m adjusting to winters in Florida again. It’s nice. I hear crickets as I’m typing this newsletter to you. I hope the weather is nice where you are (or at least decent).
CLIENT MILESTONES
RECORDS ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN

Five clients have recently gone from just kicking it/in a relationship to engagement. Just typing that is amazing and has got to be some sort of record. Depending on whatever algorithm is being used for a particular social media platform, you’ll start to believe the dating world is hopeless.
Let me tell you something. That is not the case. There are people out there who go well together. There are relationships out there where both parties are serious about each other and what’s to come. Congratulations to them. It’s amazing to hear when two people like each other so much that they want to continue the journey of life together. An alchemy of souls.
Fact/Stat of the Month
WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT
A group of pandas is called an “embarrassment” due to their notoriously shy nature. I think that’s a little harsh.

If you’re feeling low, just know that you’re not widely known as an embarrassment like a group of pandas would. There, I’m glad that will immediately make you feel better.
LIFE:
ROUTINE CHECK-UP
Last month I shared the two most effective ways to shift life's momentum back in your favor. Nothing groundbreaking but man...they just work. Cleaning and changing your routine. Speaking of the latter, how did it go? How was the process of sitting down, thinking, reviewing, and reorganizing the flow of your day?
After a two-week trial of the new routine, it’s a good idea to check in with yourself to notice what has been working and how you have been feeling. When going over these two aspects, you’ll begin to learn how to make good habits stick and become permanent.
I’m so proud of you.
Look at you grabbing the wheel of your own life and deciding where to go.
Now that your routine is more sculpted to your liking, let’s talk about cleaning and why it’s important.
Cleaning

This week a client of mine said something profound.
“Your Space Is A Reflection Of How You’re Feeling About Yourself“
There’s a strong possibility that there’s truth to that statement. If I can live and exist in a clean space, that means I’m deserving of nice things. A clean space is a pathway to abundance, a calmer mind, and a boost of confidence.
A few questions for you:
Have You Ever Visualized Already Being In Possession Of What You Desire? How Does The Environment Of This Visualization Look? Is The Area Clean Or Is It Untidy?
Say for example you want to be in a newer and nicer space within the next six months. You lay down and picture yourself being in this nice house. Is it clean or do you see random socks on the floor and a pile of dishes in the sink?
There are many methods that others speak of when it comes to manifestation. What’s rarely mentioned is the importance of acting as though you already have what you want in the here and now. If the visualization of the space you desire is clean and tidy, your current space should match its level of cleanliness.
In my upcoming book, The Second Book: Lose Control, something I mention that’s important when it comes to visualization in terms of making thoughts real is the term Emotional Carryover.
Emotional Carryover is the set of emotions we feel during a composed visualization session that remains after our eyes have opened. Our emotions are the first real things that have materialized into our physical world from that session of visualization. Consistent visualization that has Emotional Carryover creates a gateway for other physical things to also carry over.
You will soon see the appearance of signs, coincidences, and clues on how to get even closer to what you want. Emotional Carryover strengthens and lasts longer when the condition of our current space matches the condition of the space visualized, helping to speed the process of Materialization of Thought.
Long story short, I know you have a lot of stuff on your plate around this time of the year, I know. I really do.
Listen to me…I know. I know. I hear you. Calm down…just calm down. Shhh…
I’m just asking you to put one more biscuit on that plate. And it’s a good one.

Clean your space and watch the magic unfold. I promise you. It doesn’t have to be your room either. Is your car clean? What about your bathroom? You know what it feels like to walk into a clean space that you fancy. It just makes you take a sigh of relief. Cleaning our spaces is not only self-care, it’s the secret sauce to making thoughts a reality because it boosts Emotional Carryover. You deserve to be in a clean space and you deserve whatever you desire.
WORD OF THE DAY

I’m going to use the word of the day in the next segment and I’ll save the definition for the end of this newsletter. See if you got the definition right!

GIFT IDEAS

Do you know what your partner or loved one wants? An easy solution to this question is to think about what they complain about the most. What do they complain about that gets you to the point of eye-rolling when they mention it? What do they ‘just get by with’ and need an upgrade? Answering those questions will help when it comes to physical gifts. What about the emotional and mental gifts?
These types of gifts help a man feel more masculine and a woman feel more valued and rarified. How can you find such priceless and memorable gifts? Ask yourself:
How Does My Partner Give To Me?
Pay Attention To The Love Language Your Partner Communicates To You & Reciprocate It
To help get you caught up, there’s a book called The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. I may have mentioned it once or twice during one of our sessions. The Five Love Languages are as follows:
Words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, acts of service, and receiving gifts.
Thinking back to how your partner or loved one displays love and appreciation to you, what is their subconscious love language of choice? Do they display the act of service of providing a meal for you? Are they touchy-feely? Do they set aside and sacrifice time just to be with you? Are they the type to bring something back from the store just because? Consider en masse all the times they consistently did a particularly nice thing.
However they show it, show it back. Don’t let them know you’re going to do it. Don’t brag about doing it. Never bring up the time you did it when you’re not seeing eye to eye. Think about how they show their appreciation to you based on these five love languages and elaborate a nice plan to show it back to them as a means of appreciation in a language only they can understand.
It will make a man feel more masculine and a woman feel more valued and rarified.

Three Powerful Winter Oils
Siang Pure Oil, Coconut Oil &
Avacado Oil

Siang Pure Oil
This stuff right here. This stuff right here!
This is what I love about these newsletters. I can share with you the things that are working and have always worked for me. I’ll say results may vary but I’ll always think about the useful items where the results are least likely to vary and work for just about anyone. The first oil is one you may not have heard of. It’s called Siang Pure Oil and I use it almost daily and stand by it.
It’s great for muscle soreness and aches, congestion and it soothes bug bites. It has a pretty strong smell so if you walk by someone with this stuff on, your ‘after wind scent’ is going to smell like this. It’s made of menthol, peppermint oil, camphor, cinnamon oil, and clove oil.
Three other uses it provides that will help through these upcoming winter months are gas relief, nausea relief and it helps soothe headaches. For gas, take a dab and rub the oil on your belly button. Magic. For nausea and headaches, rub some on your wrists. Sinus decongestion, rub some on the outside of your nostrils. Your eyes will water though.
Siang Pure Oil is something I highly recommend because of its versatility. Just don’t drink it. Please. Unless you want to go viral in the wrong way.

Coconut Oil
The second vital oil for the winter months (or any months) is coconut oil. A lot of people use it for cooking. I use it for my skin. Sometimes I’ll add a little lotion for some extra juice. It contributes to healthy skin and I get random compliments about mine and it’s because of this. It’s what I put on my bald head, it’s my lip gloss and it’s also anti-microbial so it helps with cuts, rashes, and wounds. It helps reduce scarring when applied early enough to damaged skin.
Extra virgin coconut oil has a nice light nutty scent that goes well with whatever pheromones you may be emitting or perfume or cologne you may be wearing too.
Unlike Siang Pure Oil, this one is edible and can be used in the kitchen.

Avocado Oil
The only negative with avocado oil is the price. It’s quality oil and it adds another level to foods when you either cook or fry with it. I notice the difference and in my opinion, I digest food faster when this is the base oil used in the foods I cook.
Avocado oil is heart-healthy, reducing levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) and increasing LDL (good cholesterol). It has vitamin E which reduces free radicals and promotes anti-aging for those of you who want to get those ‘Do you ever age???’ compliments. Did you also know it contains luteins? Luteins are a carotenoid that benefits eye health. It’s known for its role in reducing the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD), a common cause of vision loss in older adults.
Avocado oil has a high smoke point that makes it suitable for high-heat cooking methods like frying and sautéing. The smoke point is the temperature an oil begins to break down and produce smoke. Using oils with higher smoke points is generally recommended for cooking at higher temperatures.
Avocado oil enhances the absorption of the fat-soluble nutrients of vitamins A, D, E, and K. Adding avocado oil to meals improves the bioavailability of these nutrients.
Word Of The Day Definition Reveal
En Masse
I tried to use that word en masse correctly but it was a pain in the ass so I forced it in there. Did you figure out the meaning based on how I used it? Do you already know what it means? Well, here is the end of this newsletter and the meaning of the word wrapped into one closing:
adverb
all together; as a whole.
Like doing something in unison. As a group. We all simultaneously do one thing at the same time.
What is the mass action?
Be Greatful
I intentionally spelled that incorrectly. Grate means to reduce so I spell it as GREATful. Great. Large. Full of intensity. Powerful. Wonderful. Significant. Extraordinary.
Let’s all be that. What is it that stirs up this feeling within you? What is in your life to be greatful for? I have many things. I appreciate so many things and still, I overlook a few. So when I look a little longer, I find even more things to be greatful for.
Let’s be greatful en masse this proclaimed holiday season. When we wake up, sometimes it can be more difficult than others. If that comes about, what are you greatful for? If you did something wrong where you begin to kick yourself, what are you greatful for? Did you have a disagreement or dispute with someone else and you’re still hot? What are you greatful for?
Doing this more frequently and en masse will provide the building blocks for a better world in 2024.
That’s it and that’s all. Enjoy the rest of December as well as January and we’ll be in touch!
